We offer a range of services to improve your technique and biomechanics for triathlon. These include;

• Under-water and above-water video analysis of your swimming stroke
• Bike set-up analysis to obtain a position that is both aerodynamic and comfortable
• Running gait analysis
• Personal one-on-one technique correction sessions
