20/6/10 - Bali International Olympic Distance Triathlon. Michelle Gailey was 1st overall, with a huge 10 minute P.B. on last year!

28/5/10 - Regional Cross Country Championships, Maitland. TSO on fire! Scott Llewellyn - GOLD. Callam Lang - GOLD. Elliott Collins - GOLD. Patrick Moore - SILVER.

22/5/10 - NT Olympic Distance State Championships. Michelle Gailey was 1st overall female, and 3rd across the line. After a 3rd placing out of the swim, she averaged 37kph on the bike, before running 38 minutes for the 10km run. Great job!

1/5/10 - NSW Club Championships, Anna Bay. Considering our 4 week break from training, there were some solid results achieved.
- Tim Lang. 1:34 and 3rd (40-44 male). Top 25 out of over 700 athletes.
- Nicola Bird. 1:46 and 4th (18-24 female).
- Scott Llewellyn. Top 10 overall swim and 1:49.
- Jeff Franks. 1:55.

25/4/10 - NT Club Triathlon Championships. Michelle Gailey was on fire! 1st overall female and 8 minutes faster than last year! She actually finished 3rd overall (including the men).

15/4/10 - Northern Territory State Sprint Championships (750m/20km/5km). Michelle Gailey was 1st overall in a dominant display, leading from start to finish. NT Sprint Triathlon Results.

31/3/10 - Australian Ironman Championship, Port Macquarie. Awesome performances from TSO squad members, and several P.B's for the course. Special mention to the TSO cheer squad on the breakwall, arguably the loudest out there.

  • John Siede - 9:13. 3rd (35-39). Hawaii Qualifier. Improved swim leg.
  • Charles Rodgers - 9:20. 3rd (30-34). Hawaii Qualifier. This was his first Ironman! A fantastic result on a day where everything went as planned. Great run split of 3:19.
  • Peter Mauro9:52. 10th (25-29). Personal best time, after being struck down with the flu 3 days out from the race.
  • Ethan Clark. 9:57. Much improved swim leg of 53 minutes.
  • Steve Quick - 10:46. Solid time, and on track for a P.B until he lost his salt tablets in the run and cramped.
  • Angela Caslick - 11:33. 11th (35-39). Much improved swim.
  • Ja Davis - 12:27. P.B. time from last year.

  • Nick Riley - 13:14. Nick finished his first Ironman and was stoked to defeat opposition leader Tony Abbott. 
  • David Pritchard - 13:48. 20 minute personal best!
  • Mark Carey - 13:52. Mark achieved a P.B. swim and unfortunately tore his quad muscle off the bone. He did well to just finish.  
  • Matthew Vaughan - 14:37. This was Matthew's first IM.
  • Joel Hudson - 15:47. Joel did well to get across the line, after tearing his rotator cuff playing baseball before the race.

19/3/10 - National Junior Triathlon Championships, Adelaide (All Schools). TeamTSO athletes were in devastating form, with the taper working to perfection. All 4 athletes were in the Top 11 overall!

  • Mikhele Rundle - GOLD in the junior females, with the fastest bike split of the day.
  • Scott Llewellyn - BRONZE in the senior males, with the fastest swim leg and a very close sprint finish to decide the medals.

8/3/10 - New Zealand Ironman. Congratulations Paul McGlynn on a 10 minute personal best time of 10:41. Paul achieved his best ever placing of 8th in the 50-54 category on a very windy day. Paul is egding ever closer to a spot in the Hawaii Ironman triathlon. New Zealand Ironman Results.

8/3/10 - Caves Beach Ocean Swim and Across the Lake Swim. Congratulations Craig Clarke for finishing 1st in the 45-49 male category. Well done also to Tim Lang and Regina Wright, who finished 2nd in the Dash for Cash, and 7th Open Female in a good field (after being stung by a blue bottle). Elizabeth Hill was 8th (35-39). 3 personal best times were achieved in the Across the Lake swim! Richard Palmer - 51 mins, Mark Carey - 56 mins, Ja Davis - 57 mins. Swimming Results.

6/3/10 - Kurnell State Triathlon Championships, Sydney. Well done Jeff Franks on a personal best time!

1/3/10 - Newcastle Foreshore Triathlon. Regina Wright had a great race, finishing 1st female overall and was in the Top 10 across the line (including the men). Tim Lang finished 4th overall male. Daniel Edge - 6th Open Male. Deanne Johnson - 1st (50-59 female). Anthony Savage - 4th (15-19 male). Nick Marks - 4th (20-29 male). Jackson Carey - 5th (15-19 male). Newcastle Triathlon Results.

25/2/10 - NSW ALL SCHOOLS TRIATHLON, PENRITH. Incredible performances from TeamTSO athletes, our best ever result as a squad. 4 national qualifiers.

  • Scott Llewellyn won GOLD in the senior event. Not only did he win the initial duathlon with a 15:38 5km run split, and 40kph average on the bike, he backed it up with a winning 9 minute 750m swim at Penrith University Pool.
  • Mikhele Rundle won SILVER in the intermediates event, with a fantastic bike leg.
  • Patrick Moore won BRONZE in the juniors event, with a solid all-round performance.
  • Blythe Quick finished 7th and is 1st reserve for nationals, after a great cycle leg. A nervous wait ahead to see if she will get into the team.
  • Elliott Collins finished 9th. A sizzling first 4km run leg (12+ minutes) put him in 2nd place, however a mishap in transition lost him 30 seconds. Off the bike in 6th and another accident at the dismount line lost him another 30 seconds. A promising performance from someone who is at the young end of the category and stepping up in distance. Look out for next year!!!!!
  • Jackson Carey finished 24th overall, a solid result.
  • Anthony Savage had a solid swim of 10 minutes for 750m, to drag himself up into the Top 25 overall. Anthony was faster in all disciplines compared to last year.
  • Tom Barter has a great ride and the fastest final sprint, to lift himself up into the Top 25. All Schools Triathlon Results (Doesn't include Swim).

21/2/10 - South West Rocks Triathlon. Regina Wright was 1st overall in a dominant display and $300 richer. Solid races from Scott Taylor (3rd - over 34 males), Nicola Bird (2nd U/20 female), Brett Lee (2nd U/24 male), Peter Mauro (2nd 25-29 male), Mark Carey. In the Milo Junior Triathlon, Hayley Carey was 1st (AG) and 2nd female overall. Jackson Carey was 5th overall male.

21/2/10 - 2XU ITU Junior Worlds Selection Race 2, Sandringham. Scott Llewellyn had a great swim, and rode well in a breakaway group of 7 athletes. Scott unfortunately experienced stomach cramps in the run, however still managed a 17 minute 5km run to hold on for 17th overall in a field of around 70 athletes. ITU Junior Results.

14/2/10 - NSW State Junior Series, Orange. Callam Lang and Mikhele Rundle finished 1st overall. Blythe Quick and Patrick Moore finished 2nd overall.

14/2/10 - Tomaree Triathlon Club Race. Elliott Collins (14) finished 1st overall, defeating all of the seniors in the process.

7/2/10 - National Elite Series, Caloundra. Scott Llewellyn led most of the first swim leg, and rode in the lead group with Courtney Atkinson. A crash in front of him, caused Scott to drop from the group. He had a solid race to not be lapped out, as many other athletes were lapped over the short course. Caloundra Results.

2/2/10 - Northern Territory Aquathlon Championships. Michelle Gailey was 1st overall in a dominant display. NT Aquathlon.

26/1/10 - Australia Day NSW State Series Triathlon, Newcastle. TeamTSO once again was out in force, performing very well, and winning 8 medals (3 GOLD).

26/1/10 - Across the Harbour Swim, Newcastle. Craig Clarke swam very well, to finish 2nd (40-49 male) and 9th overall male. He swam the 1400m in 17 minutes.

25/1/10 - Grant Melzer from Forster came down to Newcastle to train with TeamTSO for 10 days. Grant has a good attitude towards training and will continue to improve. See you next school holidays Grant!

24/1/10 - 2XU Junior 16-19 World Championship Selection Race, Canberra. Scott Llewellyn was 1st out of the swim, and finished as 2nd NSW athlete across the line, in 12th overall. His time was 58 minutes for the 750m/20km/5km distance. A great result out of over 70 athletes. With another year of solid training under his belt, Scott will be one to watch. 17/1/10 - NSW Pro Tour, Kurnell. Regina Wright led off the bike and finished a close 4th overall in a good field of 15 professional females. Jeff Franks finished in 1:15. Kurnell Triathlon Results.

17/1/10 - Gatorade Triathlon, QLD and VIC. Mikhele Rundle finished 1st overall & junior female in Melbourne, and Hamish Longmuir finished 2nd junior (u/12 enticer) male in QLD.

11/1/10 - Taree Triathlon. Joel Cook was 2nd overall and Scott Llewellyn was 3rd overall, just behind the winner Adam Holborrow. Tim Lang finished 1st in the 40-44 males, Peter Mauro was 1st in the 25-29 males. Daniel Edge was 2nd in the 25-29 males, and Alicia Norris was 4th in the 20-24 females. 27/12/09 - TeamTSO dominates the local triathlon club racing scene in December.

13/12/09 - Australian Elite Junior (16-19) Training Camp, Runaway Bay, QLD. 51 of the best triathletes converged for a series of testing races. TeamTSO athletes are performing exceptionally well.

DAY 1 - Scott Llewellyn became the fastest U/19 triathlon swimmer in Australia, after recording 25s/56s/2:04 in the 50m/100m/200m time trials, and winning overall. He backed this up with a 2:39 for the 1km run on the track!!!! Currently 4th overall. Joshua Morris has greatly improved, with times of 27s/1:02/2:27 for the swim time trials. He then ran a 2:53 for 1km on the track! Great job boys!

DAY 2 - Scotty Llewellyn finished 2nd overall in the aquathlon and 3rd overall in the triathlon. This means he has qualified for the "A" final tomorrow.

DAY 3 - Scott remained undefeated in every swim leg, throughout the whole competition. After leading out the swim, Scott broke away from the main bunch with 4 other athletes. His job was to hold up the pack to allow Jack Hickey to break away for NSW. Once off the bike, Scott had a good run to eventually catch and beat Jack Hickey in a sprint finish. He was 4th overall behind Drew Viles, a result he considers to be his best ever in the sport. Triathlon Camp Results.

13/12/09 - CANBERRA HALF IRONMAN. Some impressive personal best times from TeamTSO squad members.
Michelle Gailey - Professional female. Michelle was racing pro for the first time, and recorded a 25 minute personal best compared to last year!
Charles Rodgers - Racing purely to validate for Ironman, Charlie recorded a time of 4:46. Top 10 in his age group.

6/12/09 - Anaconda Adventure Race, Lorne, VIC. Su Pretto had a great race, finishing 5th overall female and 2nd in the 40-49 category. Anaconda Results.

4/12/09 - Busselton Ironman, WA. Professional Nathan Stewart swam 52 minutes, then rode 4:39 for the 180km bike. Nathan has been sick several times in his preparation and decided it was best to withdraw in the run. Ironman WA Busselton Results.

29/11/09 - Ironman Cozumel, Mexico. Boyd Conrick had a great 3.8km swim, exiting the water 3rd overall in 44 minutes. He was riding strongly in a group of 5 athletes, including Ironman winner Oscar Galindez. Then he started vomiting and couldn't hold down any food. 22/11/09 - NSW Pro Tour Triathlon, Kurnell. Scotty Llewellyn had another great race, finishing 3rd overall in the Elite Males, in 54:52. Kurnell Triathlon Results.

15/11/09 - NSW Long Course Triathlon Championships, Forster.

  • Boyd Conrick - finished 7th overall professional male. Boyd had a good swim, exiting 2nd, and also rode well in the lead group containing Mitch Robins, Dave Matthews, and Chris Dmitrieff. Once onto the run, Boyd realised straight away he had not yet recovered from his marathon last week. He finished in 3:09:59.
  • Daniel Edge - finished 4th overall in the 25-29 age group. Daniel was 3rd out of the swim and rode strongly in the front group.
  • Paul McGlynn - finished 5th overall in the 45-49 age group. He achieved a 3 minute personal best time!

15/11/09 - Shepparton Half Ironman. Nathan Stewart exited the swim with Richard Thompson, who was 3rd overall, and rode with a pack containing Tim Berkel, who was 2nd overall. He pulled out of the race in the run, as he is still trying to recover from illness.

14/11/09 - NSW Pro Tour, Forster and Sprintman Triathlon. TeamTSO performances were outstanding!

  • Scott Llewellyn - 3rd overall in the NSW Pro Tour. Scott was in the lead pack in the first swim and bike, and then ran well for 4th in the first run leg. Scott worked his way back into 1st overall in the second swim, and came off the second bike leg in the front group of 4 athletes. He then ran away from Nick Kastelein to finish 3rd, just behind Dave Matthews and Jack Hickey.
  • Adam Linacre - 14th overall in NSW Pro Tour. Adam had a great first swim, exiting with the second main group of athletes. A mishap in transition with his helmet buckle resulted in him losing 20 seconds. He rode well to stay in the 3rd main pack of cyclists. His position stayed relatively constant for the rest of the race, until the final run leg where he broke away from his group to finish very strongly.
  • Callum Lang - 1st overall in the Junior SprintMan. Callum raced strongly to win in a sprint finish.
  • Tim Lang - 2nd in his age-group in the SprintMan. 1:05. Finishing just behind Michael Maroney.
  • Cassie Llewellyn - 4th overall female in the Junior SprintMan.
  • Reanna Auston - 10th in the SprintMan.
  • Anthony Savage - 16th in the SprintMan.

World Long Course Triathlon Results.

11/10/09 - ITU Continental Cup, Indonesia. Regina Wright was leading at the 5km mark of the run, when she fainted in the hot conditions. She re-gathered herself to eventually finish 4th overall and score 158 ITU points. A great learning experience for the next one Reggie! ITU Triathlon Results

11/10/09 - Ironman World Championships, Hawaii. Kirsten Molloy finished 8th in the world!!!! (30-34 female). She defeated 4 professionals in the process to record 10:25. Tony Daley was unable to swim or run for 6 weeks prior to the race, and did well just to finish in a little over 11 hours. We are confident Tony will perform much better next time, with an uninterrupted preparation. Hawaii Ironman Results.

11/10/09 - Maitland Triathlon, Morpeth.

  • Scott Llewellyn was 1st out of the water, with a 20 second lead on the field. He then rode in the lead group on the bike, and started the run in equal second place. A great start to the season for the 17yr old. He eventually finished 7th overall, after forgetting his gels!
  • Finnbar Crennan was 8th overall. 
  • Nathan Stewart came off the bike with eventual winner Brendan Sexton, however he took it easy in the run due to fatigue from last weekend.
  • Tim Lang finished 1st in the 40-44 male category
  • Joshua Morris finished 6th in the under 19 category
  • Anthony Savage finished 9th in the under 19 category
  • Jeff Franks finished 13th in the 35-39 category

Long Course Triathlon

  • Charles Rodgers finished 5th overall OPEN male
  • Daniel Edge finished 6th overall OPEN male and did a 13 minute P.B. on last year!

4/10/09 - NSW State Junior Aquathlon Championships, Forster. TeamTSO had an awesome day! Scott Llewellyn won GOLD, and Joshua Morris won SILVER in the 16-19yrs males. Elliott Collins won SILVER in the 14yrs males. Patrick Moore won SILVER in the 12yrs males. Blythe Quick won GOLD in the triathlon on Saturday, in the 13yrs girls. Mikhele Rundle won BRONZE in the 13yrs girls. Also well done to Teneah and Hayley Carey for a great effort.

26/9/09 - Triathlon Pink, Sydney (Women only). Junior triathlete Teneah Carey was top 15 and Mel Carey was top 25 overall. Triathlon Pink Results.

20/9/09 - Blackmores Sydney Half Marathon. Despite fighting a severe case of the flu, Kirsten Molloy managed to finish the race 2nd (30-34 female) and 8th overall in 1:24. Brenda Gale ran a personal best time, finishing in 2:01. Sydney Half Marathon Results.

20/9/09 - Anaconda Adventure Race, Gold Coast. Boyd Conrick pushed for a 5th overall finish, in what was a very tough day. Anaconda Results.

14/9/09 - WORLD TRIATHLON CHAMPIONSHIPS, GOLD COAST. TeamTSO scores BRONZE!!!!!!
Regina Wright - Bronze medal in the 25-29 female age group. A sizzling 38 minute 10km run split. Regina is now taking up her professional licence for the remainder of the 2009/2010 triathlon season.
Adam Cartmell - Silver medal in the World Aquathlon Championships, 25-29 male.
Adam Linacre - Improved swim and awesome 58 minute bike split for the 40km. Although suffering cramps in the run, Adam still managed his best overall placing in the 25-29 male category.
Finnbar Crennan - Achieved his goal of top 10 overall in the 35-39 males, and has improved his swim markedly.

13/9/09 - LOST SHEEP HALF IRONMAN, IRELAND. Aidan Hanley finished his first Half Ironman in 5:51, and was stoked with how good he felt. The race had 2 category-1 climbs of 8km and 10km length, and a very hilly run.

30/8/09 - Lake Macquarie Half Marathon. TeamTSO had an incredible day, with numerous personal best times, and 4 athletes in the top 10 overall.

30/8/09 - Central Coast Club Duathlon. Scott Llewellyn was on fire, winning the race comfortably by over 1 minute. Club Duathlon Results.

29/8/09 - Enduro Aquathlon, Redcliffe, QLD (600m/3km/600m/3km). Regina Wright had a solid race, against a tough field of professionals. She finished a close 5th overall, behind Ashleigh Gentle and Maxine Seear. Redcliffe Aquathlon Results. Regina also ran the 'Bridge to Brisbane' Hilly 10km Fun Run. 16/8/09 - Yeppoon Capricorn Half Ironman, QLD. Kirsten Molloy was 1st overall age grouper (female) across the line, and 4th overall. Kirsten also qualified for her professional licence! Her time was 4:46. John Siede was 2nd overall in his age group in 4:27. Yeppoon Capricorn Half Ironman Results.

10/8/09 - Daniel Edge has won GOLD in the Country Hockey Championships, and was selected in the Australian team during the tournament. Great job Dan! We are sure it had something to do with the fitness gained from triathlon training!

9/8/09 - City to Surf Fun Run, 14km. Kirsten Molloy ran very well to record a 4 minute P.B. of 52:10 and finished 11th overall woman. Scott Sullivan achieved his goal time of under 65 minutes, when he ran 63:28. Reanna Auston ran 1:23. Great effort! City to Surf Results.

3/8/09 - NSW ALL SCHOOLS CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS. Elliott Collins performed extremely well in his first attempt, winning GOLD in the CCC division, and finishing 5th overall in the 14 yrs Boys 4km run. He ran 13:18 for the distance. Scott Llewellyn achieved his best ever placing in the Senior Boys 6km run. He ran 21:32. Patrick Moore finished top 20, his best ever result. NSW State Cross Country Results.

5/7/09 - Gold Coast Airport Marathon. Kirsten Molloy had a fantastic race, finishing a close 5th place overall female in 2:48! This was a 12 minute P.B. and she finished only 1 second behind champion triathlete Rina Hill. Gold Coast Marathon Results.

10/6/09 - Aaron Royle trained with TeamTSO this week while back home in Newcastle. Aaron is one of the best junior triathletes in Australia, having qualified for the 2009 ITU Junior World Triathlon Championships and finishing 4th overall in the Youth Olympics.

9/5/09 - 2009 BYRON BAY TRIATHLON. Boyd Conrick was 4th overall professional male, after leading the race until the 20km mark of the bike, with Leon Griffin and Paul Ambrose. His time was 1:56. 2/5/09 - 2009 NSW CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS, ANNA BAY. A fantastic day for TeamTSO! Boyd Conrick was 1st overall, with the fastest swim, bike, and run of the entire field. 5/5/09 - GEELONG NATIONAL CHALLENGE SERIES RACE. Regina Wright won the female race overall. "Reggie" was up at the front of the field the whole race, and had the fastest female run split. Brett Lee won the 5km Twilight Fun Run overall. He ran 16:17 for the distance! Challenge Series Results

5/5/09 - AUSTRALIAN IRONMAN CHAMPIONSHIP, PORT MACQUARIE. TeamTSO athletes had a fantastic day in the Ironman, with some great results recorded!

- Nathan Stewart (Professional): 9:18. Nathan swam with the main pack, and got off the bike with winner Patrick Vernay. He rode 11 minutes quicker than 2008.
- Peter Mauro: 9:56. Personal best time.
- Steven Quick: 10:38. Steven had a great race, taking over 1 hour off his 2008 time. The consistent training and squad sessions are really paying dividends!
- Karl de Klerk: 10:47.
- Mark Carey: 12:03. Mark recorded a 5 minute personal best time.

4/5/09 - WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS TEAM ANNOUNCED! TeamTSO has 5 athletes selected in the team for the 2009 World Triathlon Championships on the Gold Coast. Adam Linacre has been selected for the Olympic distance team AND the Sprint distance team. 15/3/09 - NEWCASTLE SPARKE HELMORE NBN TRIATHLON. TeamTSO domination today, winning both the male and female races overall in the Diehard event. Nathan Stewart won the male event from Tim Reed and Regina Wright won the female race. Adam Linacre finished 7th overall and Daniel Edge was 3rd in the 25-29 division. Brett Lee was the first swimmer out of the water. Mathew Barter was 3rd in the 14-19yrs division. In the Solo race, Anthony Savage finished 2nd in the 14-19yrs division and 5th male overall. 8/3/09 - NATIONAL AQUATHLON CHAMPIONSHIPS and CRONULLA OLYMPIC DISTANCE TRIATHLON (CHALLENGE SERIES). Boyd Conrick finished 2nd overall in the Australian Aquathlon Championships. Brett Lee came out of the swim leg 2nd overall, however stomach cramps hindered his overall result. 8/3/09 - NSW STATE JUNIOR TRIATHLON TITLES, MUDGEE. Mikhele Rundle had a fantastic race, winning GOLD in the 12yrs girls event. Hamish Longmuir finished 4th overall. State Triathlon Results 

5/3/09 - 2009 NSW ALL SCHOOLS TRIATHLON CHAMPIONSHIPS, PENRITH. Mikhele Rundle qualified for the National All Schools Championships, to be held in Tasmania! She finished 5th overall. Matthew Barter felt a lot better during the teams event, scoring a bronze medal with the Newcastle Grammar Team. Elliott Collins had a solid race for his first state titles, coming in 15th with the 4th fastest run split for his age. Mathew Shepherd also finished in the top half of the field. 15/2/09 - HOBART CHALLENGE SERIES (OLYMPIC DISTANCE) - Adam Linacre had a solid race finishing 9th in 25-29 yrs category, in 2:11. He ran a personal best of 38 minutes for the 10km run. Juliana Bahr-Thomson finished 6th female in the 20-24yrs category and was 6th female out of the swim in 20 minutes. She finished in 2:23. Hobart Triathlon Results.

5/2/09 - KEIRA PRIDE - SPECIAL GUEST. TeamTSO had a special guest attend our track running session and open water swim session this week. Keira Pride was the fastest female swimmer in the National Challenge Series (Canberra) and finished 2nd overall behind our very own Regina Wright in the 2008 Morpeth Triathlon, Maitland. Keira is from Gosford and will hopefully come up and train with us again.

1/2/09 - CAMDEN HAVEN TRIATHLON, NSW. Regina Wright had an outstanding race, winning by several minutes. Nathan Stewart was equal 1st out of the swim and finished 2nd overall. Mathew Barter finished 17th overall, and Hayden Shepherd finished 36th overall. A great effort for the two young boys in a field of over 100 athletes. In the junior race the previous day, Joshua Morris finished 5th overall and Matthew Shepherd finished 3rd in his age group and 4th overall. Camden Haven Results

26/1/09 - AUSTRALIA DAY TRIATHLON, NSW STATE SERIES, NEWCASTLE. Team TSO was on fire, winning 2 Gold and 2 Bronze medals! Scott Llewellyn demolished the field to win the 16-19 yrs division, and Mathew Barter finished 3rd in a close race for the minor placings. Mikele Rundle finished 1st in the junior girls event, and Hamish Longmuir produced a great run leg to finish 3rd overall in the junior boys event. Hayden Shepherd finished 6th and Anthony Savage finished 8th in the 16-19 yrs event. Elliott Collins finished 4th in the 14-15yrs boys and Mathew Shepherd finished 5th.

25/1/09 - CANBERRA OLYMPIC DISTANCE TRIATHLON, CHALLENGE SERIES. Regina Wright finished 2nd overall female and ran 38 for 10km! Juliana Bahr-Thomson had a solid race coming 6th overall out of the swim and holding her position most of the ride, she also ran a personal best for 10km. Adam Linacre produced his best time ever over the course with a 2:04 total time. Ethan Clark also had a solid race finishing in 2:01.

10/12/08 - TWILIGHT AQUATHLON, HONEYSUCKLE (NEWCASTLE). Great results with Boyd Conrick 1st overall, Scott Llewellyn 2nd overall, Matthew Barter 4th overall (14-17 yrs), and Josh Morris 6th overall (14-17yrs). 30/11/08 - MINGARA TRIATHLON CLUB RACE. In a close race, Scott Llewellyn was 1st overall, and upset race favourite Matt Porta. Peter Mauro was 3rd overall. Matthew Barter was 6th overall. 28/11/08 - NSW State Olympic Distance Championship, Newcastle. Boyd Conrick was 2nd overall male. Juliana Bahr-Thomson was 1st female out of the swim, however a flat tyre after riding through glass forced her to retire from the race. 17/11/08 - NEPEAN TRIATHLON, PENRITH. Juliana Bahr-Thomson achieved 2nd in the 20-24 age group and 7th overall female. Josh Morris finished 19th in the junior enticer race out of 222 competitors. Josh is rapidly improving after being in the sport for less than 12 months.

5/11/08 - FORSTER STATE SERIES TRIATHLON AND AQUATHLON. Hamish Longmuir had a great weekend, cleaning up in both events. He won the triathlon and the aquathlon.

4/11/08 - TRIATHLON NSW DEVELOPMENT SQUADS. 3 of our athletes have been selected in various Triathlon NSW development squads. Scott Llewellyn was selected in the U/23 ITU squad, Tim Reed and Juliana Bahr-Thomson were selected in the Endurance Development Squad. Great Job!

10/08 - MINGARA TRIATHLON CLUB RACE - Peter Mauro was 1st overall, Matthew Barter was 4th overall, and Josh Morris was 10th overall in A grade. Mathew Sheppard was 1st overall in B grade. Mingara Results.

19/10/08 - NSW PRO TOUR and NSW LONG COURSE TITLES. Boyd Conrick finished 4th overall in the NSW Pro Tour Enduro Triathlon, held in Forster. Scott Llewellyn led the field out from the initial 300m surf swim, only to withdraw due to a calf injury. Juliana Bahr-Thomson finished 4th overall professional female. In the NSW Long Course Championships, held the next day, Boyd Conrick backed up to lead out the 2km swim with multiple World Champion Peter Robertson. Boyd finished 7th overall in the event.
